Any payment made by a member of Jeevansakshi.in towards registration, membership, renewal, or auto-renewal is non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a payment is processed for our services, it cannot be transferred, reassigned, or adjusted towards any other member, service, product, or package offered by the Company.

The maximum validity of any paid package is six (6) months. After this duration, the membership package will only be renewed upon full payment of the applicable fee at that time by the member.

Members who do not wish to continue or auto-renew their membership must cancel their subscription through the website/app's cancellation process or inform the company before renewal via official communication. Once renewed, cancellation or refund requests will not be entertained.
